Download the game form the link given below it will probably work but if you have low end devices then I'm not sure it will work otherwise mid-range phone gonna run the game at low quality
Download asphalt 9 APK+data
firstly download the APK+data and then download express vpn connect to Philippines server after open lucky patcher and click on asphalt 9 and select menu of patches and create modified apk then click APK without LICENSE verification and install the patched version extract the data if needed and paste it android/obb then play your game

Try to contact gameloft and tell that your phone is not compatible for asphalt 9 tell them your phone,model,ram,gpu and tell them to optimize the game in this case its not 100% guarantee that they will optimize for you phone if your very low end then it's impossible to fix
